For the second time, Vans and The North Face team up to present you with a weatherproof shoe, this time around we see a rugged iteration of the Old Skool MTE DX silhouette.

This collaborative shoe presents itself to you in a slick yellow colour way with black accents also featuring.

We see black contrasting the yellow colour way of the shoe; the classic Vans side stripe has been crafted from The North Face’s Scotchguard technology, as well as the TNF logo being printed on the heel in black. Additional black accents include the laces, lining, foxing tape and tongue tab.

This collaborative effort from Vans and The North Face utilises the best materials for keeping you feet warm and dry this winter; with TNF’s Scotchguard technology being incorporated into the construction of the upper, where it can be found on the toe vamp and heel.

On the sidewalls and collar of the Old Skool MTE DX yellow suede has been utilised to complete the construction of the upper.

Inside the shoe, a moulded insole will keep your foot comfortable and the micro fleece lining will keep you warm.

Which sits upon a white vulcanised midsole with high black foxing tape, and the classic Vans Wafflesole get reversed in order to offer you maximum traction when you’re out braving the elements this winter.
